AC Milan’s 2026 summer plans could be shaped by a cluster of loan clauses that may turn into permanent sales once the 2025–26 season ends. If several triggers land, Milan could bring in roughly €70m in fees — but the timing and the net total depend on who buys, who qualifies, and what conditions are met.
One deal is already settled. Alex Jimenez has triggered AFC Bournemouth’s obligation to buy for €19.5m, with more than €5m in potential bonuses. Real Madrid hold a 50% sell-on right, which will reduce what Milan actually keep.

Beyond that, the list is a mix of reported and conditional outcomes. Alvaro Morata’s loan to Como 1907 is reported to include an obligation around €15m. Samuel Chukwueze is on loan at Fulham with an option said to be about €24m. Lorenzo Colombo’s Genoa deal is performance-linked and reported near €10m if targets are hit.
There are smaller dominoes too: Tommaso Pobega to Bologna is reported at roughly €7m, while Filippo Terracciano could move to Cremonese for about €3.5m if they stay up. Milan’s recruitment shape, then, may hinge on other clubs’ choices as much as their own.
